Podere Cascatelle
The stonehouse, set in the unspoilt Alta Maremma countryside, close by the beautiful Lago dell’Accesa, 9 kms far from the medieval town of Massa Marittima and only 18 kms from the coast, it’s an ideal holiday base to enjoy lots of activities or simply relax.

The house has been lovingly restored keeping an eye of respect to local architecture.
All the apartments are furnished with class and care and consist of two-room apartments of approx. 40 sq.m and four-room apartments of approx. 85 sq. m.
Each apartment has one or two double bedrooms and one (double, twin or three bedded) sofa bed in the living room. Each kitchen is equipped with: gas cooker (4 hobs), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and flatware.
Each apartment is equipped with Satellite TV and all of them boast own outside sitting space. The apartments are divided into four different typologies. Pets are welcome.

Agriletizia
Agriletizia Holiday Home is located in the unspoilt landscape of the Tuscan Maremma, only a stone’s throw from the beautiful Lago dell’Accesa.
The property comprises two separate stonehouses with 11 apartments, which are the result of a careful restoration of the old school and canteen, built by Cosimo I de ‘Medici for ironworks workers families: the large black bricks , mixed with dark iron residues, gives a unique touch to the building.
The apartments vary in size and sleep 2 to 6 people. We have studio apatments, two-rooms apartments and three-rooms apartments. All of them consist of one or two double/twin bedrooms, living room and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, satellite TV. Some of them have large verandas or gazebos to enjoy the open space around, some others pretty small balconies with panoramic views over the pool. A washing machine is available for guests’ use.
The fully enclosed large garden, is about 1 hectar in size and t’s the perfect place for relaxing and/or spending some time with friends. BBQ areavaialable for guests’ use and Wi-fi connection is granted.
The panoramic pool (14mt x 7m) has a large area for relaxing, equipped with umbrellas and sun beds.
A parking area is available inside the property.
The highlight of the estate is a unique corner of paradise with natural waterfalls…. they are about 8 metres high: far away from the hustle and bustle of city life, you will love the lot!
