Our Holiday Homes in the Tuscan Maremma – Cascatelle and Agriletizia – offer four different apartment typologies: studio apartments, two-room apartments, three-room apartments and four-room apartments. In terms of size and rooms layout, the same typologies may slightly differ from Cascatelle and Agriletizia. All the apartments have been totally restored and tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan-style and provided with every comfort typical of the best holiday homes.
Surrounded by the Tuscan Maremma dramatic landscape, the apartments are only a few kilometres far from the finest beaches of the Tuscan coastline: the Gulf of Follonica, Cala Martina, Cala Violina and Scarlino tourist harbour are only a few of the many beaches you will be able to visit during your Maremma stay at both Podere Cascatelle and Agriletizia.
During your stay in Maremma you will not miss the chance to explore the beauty of our area on personalized or guided tours to the nearby Massa Marittima or to any other Tuscan historical location such as Firenze, Siena, Pisa, just to mention a few. They are cozy and convenient and can sleep 1 to 2. The two Studio Apartments differ in size: one is about 35 sqm and the other is approx. 25 sqm. They consist of an open-space which combines living room, bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom (with shower) is the only separate room.
Both of them are ground floor.

They are approx. 40Sqm and consist of living room/kitchen with sofa bed (sleeping 2), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. One of them is on the first floor, the others are ground floor
Equipped with an equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, living room with sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with wrought iron beds, a bathroom with shower and window. The furnishings in Tuscan style make the rooms pleasant, practical and comfortable
8 two-room apartments are available at Podere Cascatelle Holiday Home. They are approx. 40 sqm and can sleep 2 to 4.
Each apartment has one double bedroom and one sofa bed (double, twin or three bedded) in the living room. Each kitchen is equipped with: gas cooker (4 hobs), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and flatware.
Each apartment is equipped with Satellite TV. The two-room apartments are divided into three different typologies:
Type 1: Ground floor: four two-storied apartments.
On the ground floor: living room/kitchen; on the first floor: one double bedroom (with balcony) and bathroom (joined by a spiral staircase). All of them have a veranda.
Sleeping 2 to 4
Type 2: Ground floor: two one-level apartments. Each of the two consists of one double bedroom, living room/kitchen, own outside sitting space with awning.

Agriletizia Holiday Home boasts the much-sought after typology of apartments: the three- room ones.
Our three-room apartments are approx. 50 sqm and can be both ground floor and first floor. Ground floor apartments have their own gazebo, the first floor ones have a balcony.
All the apartments consist of living room/kitchen with sofa bed, two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
Sleep 4 to 6
The four-room apartments, the biggest ones, are available at Podere Cascatelle.
There are two of them, both on two levels : ground floor + first floor. They consist of two connecting apartments. Each four-room apartment has therefore two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms/kitchens. Veranda. They are approx 80 sqm.
