ETRUSCAN TOMBS TRAIL

This is an easy off-road mountain bike trail. Our guides will start the tour from Podere Cascatelle&Agriletizia, heading to the quiet area of Aione to visit the Etruscan necropolis of San Germano, close to the famous and stunning Rocca di Frassinello, one among the top design wineries around the world. The tour will than continue to Castel di Pietra, iconic location which remind us about the sad history of Pia de‘ Tolomei, supremely described by Dante Alighieri in its masterpiece La Divina Commedia.

MARTELLINO TOUR

This tour requires quite a good riding experience and level of fitness. Through several single trails, we reach the Valle area just above Follonica from where it is possible to ride through many uphill and downhill beautiful scenic routes. Some of the single trails cover part of the Maremma Trophy, XC national race.

HISTORICAL VILLAGES

This panoramic tour goes through some historical villages and wonderful typical and authentic landscapes of the Tuscan Maremma. The tour starts from our premises and biking through a path facing the Lago dell’Accesa, we reach the area called Pelagone in the municipality of Gavorrano.

We then continue through a series of white roads heading to Col di Sasso and Monte d’Alma: from here a nice descent leads us to the Castle of Scarlino from which we can admire a breathtaking view. We then reach the two hundreds years old and multi-awarded winery of Morisfarm from where we start our way back through beautiful single trails.

MASSA MARITTIMA TOUR

This very interesting and technical tour takes place mainly in the area of Massa Marittima. We reach the Lago dell’Accesa through single tracks continuing along the Canyon and the Sumin in sequence and going forward towards the village of Valpiana, climbing the Sassicaia.and finding several exciting trails on our way back.

CAPANNE TOUR

This route is developed on several single tracks in the former mining area of Capanne. It offers the opportunity to choose from a range of different sections which are quite often parts of the maxi gathering event organized by the bike hotel Massa Vecchia.
